How to Join NEOCMN
Membership is open to all health care professionals involved or interested in the practice of case management. Membership consists of healthcare professionals including RNs, case managers and social workers.
Northeast Ohio Case Management Network's annual membership runs from January through December of any given year. Membership dues are $60 for the year and are not prorated. Paid members as of November 1st of the current membership year are invited to attend November's Networking Meeting.
To apply for membership, print and complete the application and send with payment to NEOCMN. Membership is on a rolling 12 month basis.

Benefits of Membership
- Approved continuing education contact hours for RN/LPN for each educational event*. Continuing education approval applications are submitted to the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) and the Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapist Board for Social Worker clock hours for each meeting.
